Managed Marketplace Growth

Managed listing optimization, priced for what your catalog actually needs.

Listing content, compliance, search-term research, and cross-market expansion, run as one accountable engagement instead of a patchwork of freelancers and tools. Analytical features operate only on your own catalog data and publicly available marketplace information.

Billed monthly, 3-month minimum term, then month to month with 30 days notice to cancel.
Every plan adds a one-time onboarding fee of $500 to $1,500 (by catalog size), waived on an annual commitment.

Which plan fits your catalog? A 10-second estimate

Every price above is published. Enter your catalog size and marketplace count and this maps you to the matching plan and its listed monthly price. Enterprise quotes are fixed figures returned before anything is agreed.

Sample scenario: 20 SKUs, US only
Foundation at $1,800/mo, plus a one-time onboarding fee at the lower end of the $500 to $1,500 range for a catalog this size.

Sample scenario: 450 SKUs, US + 8 EU markets
Enterprise, starting from $6,500/mo. We quote a fixed monthly figure from the exact SKU count and marketplace mix before any agreement; hybrid (reduced retainer plus a share of measured growth) is available as an alternative structure.

How every plan is run

Verified, not assumed
Every listing change is checked against your source documentation and live marketplace state before it ships, not just spot-checked after.
One accountable team
Content, compliance, keywords, and account health are handled together, so nothing falls in the gap between a copywriter and a PPC contractor.
Evidence over guesswork
Recommendations are grounded in your own catalog data and public search-demand signals, not templated playbooks applied to every brand the same way.
You can see the work
Reporting shows exactly what changed, why, and what it affected: reviewable before it goes live, not a black box.

Questions

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
A one-time catalog audit and onboarding fee applies, $500 to $1,500 depending on catalog size and current state, and is waived on an annual commitment.
How is the Enterprise plan priced?
Enterprise starts at $6,500/mo (the Scale rate) and is quoted from your exact SKU count and marketplace mix. Send us both and you get a fixed monthly figure before anything is agreed, no open-ended "contact us".
What if my catalog is bigger than a plan's SKU cap?
Every plan can flex above its listed SKU count. Tell us your catalog size and we quote the incremental cost before anything is agreed.
Do you offer performance-based or advertising-spend-based pricing?
On Scale and Enterprise engagements, a hybrid structure (a reduced base retainer plus a share of measurable sales growth) is available in place of the flat fee. We walk through both models on a call so you can compare exact figures.
How long is the commitment?
A 3-month minimum term, month to month after that with 30 days notice to cancel. Listing optimization compounds over weeks, not days, so we ask for enough runway to show it.
How do your analytical services handle data?
Our analytical services operate only on your own catalog data and on publicly available search-demand and listing information. We do not aggregate data across sellers' businesses or customers to provide or sell to any party, and we do not promote, publish, or share insights about Amazon's business.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, upgrade any time as your catalog or marketplace footprint grows. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Not sure which plan fits your catalog?

Send us your marketplace footprint and SKU count, and we recommend a plan on the first call, no obligation.
